“Fuck y'all!!!!! I ordered a few bundles in August and NEVER got them! Y'all stopped responding to my emails, the bitch ass man that answered the phone (a cell phone for a business) blocked my number, and I had to file a claim worth my bank to get my money back!!! Y'all are the reason people can't take black businesses seriously!!!”

“The shipping took a week longer than expected, the customer service line does not work, it took 3 attempts to get any response back via social media and once the hair arrived it was horrible! It has a distinct odor and began matting after one day. I only wore the hair for less than 2 weeks and took it out because of how badly it shed and all the tangles. Save yourselves the time and the money and avoid purchasing hair from this company.”

“I got 4 bundles of Burmese Exotic Curly (18, 20, 22, 24). I loved it!!! I did whatever i wanted to this hair- kept it natural, straightened with flat iron, wand curled, washed/conditioned about every 10 days. There was minimal shedding and as long as I kept up with detangling it never got knotted up. So far 3 other family members have ordered the same exact hair but different lengths. :)!!!!”

“I absolutely love your hair products!!!! I would truly recommend them to everyone. The only thing is I received an email about a discount of $8 after my second purchase, and didn't have time to use it. Otherwise I'm very pleased with Slay Queen Hair. Cheri”

“Prior to ordering the hair I asked whether or not they offered express shipping, they assured me that it was an option but required an additional fee. Therefore I ordered the hair and scheduled an appointment to have it installed the day after the hair would arrive. The day came and no hair, I contacted them many times and when I finally got in contact with them they apologized and ultimately offered 3 bundles for free due to the inconvenience they caused. All in all I never received the free bundles, I lost the deposit I made with the stylist due to not having the hair in time, and anytime I contacted them about the hair no response.”

“I loved the hair that I ordered, it was very soft didn't shed, I was able to go swimming with it and the hair kept its texture. Months later and the hair is still in very good condition it could probably use it about 2-3 more time. I did find to be a little prices being that I ordered to be shipped to Canada. Other than that very good hair”

“Placed two orders online for 3 bundles each of Burmese * curly hair because theY were on a deal for the right price. That hair came fine. But I also placed an order for a Burmese frontal and they sent me a different curl pattern than Burmese. Some tighter curl that I was not expecting to receive nor did it match with rest of my hair. I didn't notice until after I washed it but wasn't happy because all sales are final. So I didn't return hair; LUCKILY I had a wonderful hair dresser who knew what she was doing and she resolved my problem with her expertise.”

“horrible hair but even horrible services. On the services alone I wouldn't recommend this to dog! Trust me you hair investment is worth every penny don't spend a penny here.”
