“I've bought this hair twice. Both times different types of hair and it was SHITTY ! Please do not wasting your time to order this hair. It's terrible!!! All of it! Won't last a week”

“This hair is trash. The owner is rude and disrespectful. I tried to get my money back because I was given bad bundles and he cursed me out. VERY POOR customer service.”

“Unfortunately this was very bad hair. My closure continued to spread/lose hair and I started looking like a person who was balding. I had to take it out and when I asked for a new one-not a refund-but a replacement; I was rudely spoken to and blamed for the closure spreading in one week. After sending tons of pictures showing the balding closure the "customer service" gentleman then said he would send me a new closure. It was never sent, I continued to ask for a tracking number/a date and was ignored. I gave up trying because it was bad quality hair anyway. Please work on your customer service and produce a quality product. The "Burmese exotic" was matted and shedded like crazy! I will NOT purchase nor recommend this hair to anyone.”

“When the hair was installed it was great, after a few weeks the hair began to tangle and shed terribly. I contacted the company and never received a call, refund, new hair, NOTHING. I was ignored and block from their instagram, bottom line NEVER AGAIN.”

“I have never spoken to anyone but the quality of the hair was very very horrible! I was only able to get one wear out of it! The hair was very harsh hair, tangled, And even after I wash it an condition the hair, still came out harsh an tangled! I will never buy from this company again.. But I do wish the company well thank you”

“Worst hair ever! After one wash it tangled and I had to throw it all away and buy more hair. I emailed customer service because I had pictures to show the crappy hair you sell and no one ever got back to me. Waste of money and will never recommend you to anyone!”

“I purchased the Brazilian curly, the hair looked great the first week and after the hair constantly tangled even after appropriate grooming. My closure went completely bald in three areas in less than a month of wearing the hair , I reached out to customer service but no reason was giving. The bundles were small, the hair was a complete waste of money.”

“First of all, this was the WORST hair I have ever purchased. Look out for good deals, most of the time it's not good quality. No one is slaying in this hair. It tangles, no it knots when it's washed. You spend an hour trying to brush it loose all while the hair is coming out because you have to brush so hard. And conditioner does nothing to help this catastrophic situation. I had wads if hair come out while combing, took pictures to send to the company to report after only 1 week of using the hair. I was told I would receive another shipment, which never came. Waited weeks, and then reached out 3 more time to get an update on shoot the new order just to be ignored and the so-called customer service just stopped responding to me all together. Til this day, no refund, no replacement order and no communication from this company. Not that I would have wanted more of this garbage hair anyway, but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt as I know sometime there are bad batches of hair, but the customer service took it to the next level. Don't tell me you are replacing my order just to not keep you word and ignore me until I go away. Awful”

“The ABSOLUTE worse experience ive EVER had ! Awful customer Service & the most falsely advertised hair. I purchased 3 bundles and a lace front. Extremely matted at all times no matter what the coourse of management was taken ! Shed like no other and i took it out after two weeks due to being so frustrated and threw it where it belonged (the trash) !”

“The hair was awful. I ordered three bundles of Peruvian wavy and a lace closure. They sent a silk closure and it looked like I was wearing hair piece. The actual hair was very thin and it could not take heat. The shedding was terrible and it was plastic in my hair. I will never order from you all ever again.”

“The hair was terrible tangled shedding felt completely synthetic I talked to someone about it and they said it was like that due to the person that installed it but last time I checked the person that installed it didn't make the hair?!???? it was just the worst hair I have ever had had it in for about three weeks because I couldn't take it anymore !”

“Hair quality was okay at best. It is not virgin hair, the hair has been color processed. But this very low rating is because of THIER customer service; which doesn't exsist. This hair isn't worth the hollister bag it's still currently sitting in.”

“I order my hair in November paying almost $400 for it and only received half. I've called, Email, and have text and have probably had someone responded twice. It's January and I have still yet not received my other half of my hair. I talked to someone before Christmas and they told me it would be here... it never came. I just want money back for the hair that I never received.”

“The worst hair I hve ever bought! This hair started tangling even before the installment and since them has been terrible. Hair does not hold a curl good and I wouldnt even think of dying it. Tried contacting slay queen about my purchase and they never responded. Save your money and dont buy this hair”

“I'm very disappointed with Slay hair. I put in an order and they cancelled because I used a promotion code and received 50% off. I received a phone call from them and they asked me where I got the promotion code from and I said a friend, which was true. Then then hung up on me and cancelled my order. They also reported me as fraud on PayPal. I will never order hair from them and my friend said the hair wasn't good quality anyway.”
