“So far from what I can tell, the hair itself is okay. However, the customer service and the business is very unprofessional!! There is no reason that they should have office hours and never answer the phone when trying to be reached. The website says not to reach them through email and then they never responded to the Facebook messenger! Shipping was very late and I thought it was a scam for a while. The only reason my package eventually came is because the company shipped it after I opened a dispute with them on PayPal! Would it order from here again”

“I was very disappointed with the service I even purchased the 2-3 business day shipping and it still hasn't gotten to its destination and that was supposed to be 10 days ago. No one seems to respond back weather you call or email. I got my money back and that's that, maybe if I get the bundles one day it'll be slayful and I'll feel like a queen and get over it lol”

“Communication is horrible . This is my first time ordering hair offline and it is literally everything I feared when ordering hair offline . The shipping times are a lie . I ordered on the 3rd and still have not received hair . Tracking number is wrong . They do not answer phones calls or text messages or emails and barely reply on instagram if you have already bought your hair . I don't recommend them at all. I will update you on the hair IF I ever receive it. DONT BUY FROM SLAY QUEENS! Go to Ali exspress ! You may have to look really hard to find good hair but I'm telling you at least you will get what you paid for and ON TIME .”

“Do not, do not, absolutely do not purchase hair from this company. This review will more than likely be deleted or not published, as when I attempted to express my concerns via Instagram my comments were deleted. I ordered hair from this company on January 3, 2017 and was send an email on January 8, 2017 saying that my order had been shipped. Hate to say it, but today is January 19, 2017 and I still have not received my $200+ order. I called the phone number listed on the Instagram page (Not the one on the website because an automated message picks up even when you call during weekly business hours), and was told by a representative that the shipping system was down but that I would recieve my order on Wednesday (January 18, 2016). To my surprise I still not did not hear back from this company and attempted vigorously to reach out to anybody who could talk to me. After expressing my concerns via Instagram (Because not one of my attempted 10 phone calls were picked up), I was told the company had no control over the delivery, or what I was told by the last representative. There was no apology, no ownership, no plausible solutions suggested. Terrible, terrible customer service. I am seeking a full refund from this company, in that they don't deserve any of my service. I truly hope this is not a Black-owned business.”

“Overcharged me for shipping! $30 to be exact and waited over 2 weeks for the product. Still didn't get to use the hair because it took 2 full weeks and I was leaving the country. Purchase was made Jan 5 2017 and today is Jan 19 2017 and hair still has not been delivered. The tracking number was added after I opened a case with PayPal. Do not waste your time and money go with another company.”

“Worst Hair Ever!!! Do not get the Peruvian it sucks. It's very dry and it feels like carpet. It blends well and doesn't shed. But it's dry and stiff! I tried my best to handle it and make it come back to life. I called customer service the first time and he said he would send me free hair of the same inch and told me I could try Brazilian. Of course he never sent the hair, then asked me if I had tried a detangler and some other products. Why would I spend half of what I paid to buy products to fix this horrible hair? Body wave hair is suppose to versatile and low maintenance. It's been 2 weeks and he said he was going to send free hair and even confirmed my address and told me he was going to send a tracking number, again that was 2 weeks ago and he lied. I tried to refrain from leaving a bad review which I HAVE NEVER done but at this point I want my money back and I will get it back. I should've stuck with Her Imports, blame myself for trying someone new. Y'all suck.”

“I never received a tracking number. Tried reaching out multiple times. They kept telling me they will send it. Yeah they sent it, but it has been in "info received" for about a week now. They have blocked me on instagram. And here I am with no hair and $300 down the drain... beware. Do not buy from them !”

“I am very unsatisfied with my purchase from Slay Queen Hair. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phone calls ever, after repeated messages on Instagram I was finally able to communicate with someone. My order was shipped late, 5 days after date of purchase even tho I confirmed the hair was in stock and that I needed the hair within a 7 day window. I had to call them to follow up because no one contacted me regarding shipment confirmation. The bundles are fake and not full to the ends, especially the long lengths. Quality of the straight hair is really bad, hair puffs up soon after flat ironing. I regret my purchase 100% and will advise as many unsuspecting shoppers to stay far away from this scam of a company.”

“I ordered a 16 inch frontal and received a 11-12 inch frontal. Overall the hair is great but me as a consumer I feel cheated. I called SlayQueen to have the issue resolved but instead of fixing the issue they belittled and insulted my knowledge of hair. I ordered 3 accompanying bundles 22 inches being the shortest length. Between that and the frontal that is about a 10 inch difference. I have no intentions of cutting the hair to match the frontal, I ordered long hair because I want long hair. I hope through this survey SlayQueen can better improve their practices instead of cheating customers out of their money.”

“I ordered some hair and as soon as I hit confirm order I realized that I ordered the wrong lengths..I understood it was my fault, but still called customer service in hopes that I would be able to rectify the situation. I believe the owner himself answered and told me he was going on a trip but txt him the lengths I wanted and my order number and he would fix it. I did so and a few days later I called again and got no answer. The next day he reached out to me (I'm guessing after he returned) and told me he had no recollection of our conversation. He then told me I would be receiving what ever he sent and if I had a problem to send it back he would send me an invoice with the price difference and we would go from there. Understandable, so I send the hair back and filed a complaint with pay pal because after sending the hair he was extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and did not speak like someone who wanted to maintain customer repore. He recieved my hair and I never got a refund, even if we were not in direct correspondence (because of the dispute) he received my return package that had my order number and name. He chose to keep the hair and the money simply because he could. I filed my complaint after I sent the hair and did not get a tracking number so I had no real proof he got my hair. But he gave me the address personally over the phone, so I know he got it. What I'm trying to say here is there are many other hair companies with affordable hair and great customer service, go try some of them. You will seriously regret giving your money to someone like him...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE”

“I do not recommend this hair to anyone. Completely trash and filled with fillers (synthetic strands) to make bundles full. Customer service is terrible. Nobody responds. “The hair tangled alot and shredded alot , when I spoke to the owner he agreed to replace it and took my address to send me new hair and told me to throw away the old hair ..well weeks went by so I called and another guy stayed that he didn't say that and he was the owner now after he contacted the other guy who admitted it ...then he says to send the hair back and I said how can I when it's in the trash bc the other owner said not to send it back after I sent pics..so pretty much they cheated me and I would advise know one to get the hair nor trust the owner”
