“17 days no delivery. Spoken to delivery company and it's in hold at the moment due to 'slayhair' not paying correct charges. Considering I've paid £200!!! I'm disgusted. Ofcourse no reply from 'slay hair'.”

“Hair was beautiful in pics and when it arrived! The very next day after installing, it diligently tangles horribly! ,frizzy&puffy! So many strands&strands comes out all day everyday. It only looks presentable when wet. I am so disappointed to have to order new hair within 1week! . It's just as bad as synthetic!!! Will be posting pics soon”

“The ends of this hair are absolutely horrible. Dry. Dead. Frizzy. Split. I can't even brush the hair without it getting caught. The hair sheds. So disappointed in this hair. The picture was taken literally right after I brushed it so there's no reason it should look like that”

“I saw that the hair had a lot of split ends. It also started to shed dramatically after a week and it also tangles REALLY bad I have to brush this hair 7 times a day.. won't purchase hair again.”

“My order took 10 days to receive and the hair that I received from the advertised special is garbage. It looks dull and mangled and I have no desire to use it. I just flushed 200+ dollars down the drain and I will not be buying from you again.”

Ma'am you paid for 4-6 Business day shipping. Business Days aren't weekends and we are closed on weekends. You ordered March 24th which was a Friday which means your order wasn't processed till Tuesday. from Tuesday 4-6 Business days is April 3rd which is the day you received your order on. We now offer express and next day services

“The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. All they do is lie repeatedly and tell u what u may want to hear without acting on. So unprofessional. Will argue with u and all. 16.00 for shipping and still takes 2 weeks to get hair. I couldn't even have my hair done for my bday cause it was beyond past due. She lied and said they would send it express mail the next day. Yet another lie. Never again”

“The hair sheds a lot!! It tangles easily and I probably will never buy this hair again. I even bought a 360 frontal and the top kept getting matted and it was just a really bad experience. I would not recommend this hair. 4537 order number and it's already installed and dyed. I use argon oil products”
