“This was by far the WORST hair I have ever purchased. From shedding, tangling and falling off the weft I should've known the price was too good to be true. On top of the poor quality of the hair, my hair took nearly two weeks to get to me. As a paying customer neither of these should occur. Highly dissatisfied and will not be purchasing again.”

“I only had the hair in for 2wks and I had to take it out. It tangled easy looked matter no matter what I did. I deep conditioned, hot oil treatment tried new hair products and nothing. I tried to get help from them through FaceBook I even commented on pics for help and I still have yet to get a response”

“I purchased 3 bundles from this company about six months a ago. After receiving my product I have trying to reach them to tell them the terrible experience I had with the product. As you can see I'm just now been contacted on how I felt on their products. I'm very disappointed in my purchase. Once I recieved my three bundles I washed and combed like I was directed but the hair would not stop smelling foul. I thought I was the shampoo and conditioner I used so I switched that and the hair still smelt bad. Once I had the bundles in they hair would not stay untangled. I deep conditioned the hair before and after it was in. Then after all that after 3-4 days of having the hair in it looked like I only had one bundle in because it was shedding so bad. This hair lastest me a week and it really should have been taken out sooner. I will never purchase from them again. Plus if you are trying to let them know about their products best you not try and buy first because they won't get back to you until way after.”

“After installing my hair, it looked great! 2-3 weeks went by and the hair started shedding profusely. I guess since I paid a cheap price, I got cheap hair. I would not recommend this hair from this company. Won't be buying from them ever again.”

“This company has asked for a review multiple times. As stated in previous responses, the quality of hair I received was shoddy, cheap, horrendous, and unacceptable. I was promised a replacement order that was never sent even though it was offered on " managements" behalf twice! Please stop contacting me unless it's about refunding my money or actually sending me quality hair as you portray through your advertising, which I am now convinced is deceitful and false. As a company that I assume is "African American", you are ripping off your peers that you need to build your customer base. I'm sure this isn't the first complaint, nor will it be the last with the horrible customer service you've displayed. Know better, Do better!”

“Fuck y'all!!!!! I ordered a few bundles in August and NEVER got them! Y'all stopped responding to my emails, the bitch ass man that answered the phone (a cell phone for a business) blocked my number, and I had to file a claim worth my bank to get my money back!!! Y'all are the reason people can't take black businesses seriously!!!”

“The shipping took a week longer than expected, the customer service line does not work, it took 3 attempts to get any response back via social media and once the hair arrived it was horrible! It has a distinct odor and began matting after one day. I only wore the hair for less than 2 weeks and took it out because of how badly it shed and all the tangles. Save yourselves the time and the money and avoid purchasing hair from this company.”

“My shipment was delayed because of the holiday that was not the problem ... when I called in to follow up the man who answered the phone was very very harsh very rude not good customer service ... then when I installed the hair the hair was supposed to be different lengths all came in one length and I had to pay someone to cut it ... will not be back hair was not good quality at all”

“When the he hair first came I thought it would be good but as time went on I learned that it cannot be bleached, dyed whatever at all because it doesn't last. The hair was horrible, it matted up really bad after about 2 weeks, the hair shredded tremendously and when I washed the hair it matted up so bad to the point it could not be combed through.”

“The hair quality was horrible lasted about 2 weeks and took 3 1/2 weeks to get delivered when I paid for 3 day expedite. When I called customer service he cursed me out!! VERY unprofessional I will never buy from them again!!!! So rude!”
