“Still haven't received what I needed and not sure where the error is. Hopefully not on your end but somewhat frustrating that our fan isn't working the remotes aren't either. Now have to order a kit to go with it. Hopefully I can do this through you guys too.”

“These fans are attractive. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is that the screws that come with the fans don’t fit a junction box. I had to buy special nuts so I could use screws that fit the junction box and still attach the fan to the ceiling. I should not have had to do this, the fan should come with screws that work with a junction box.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us.Happy to know you like the design of our fans. We also have screws package for the installation of the fan parts. If you install the fan on a wooden ceiling, we have four screws that can be used to lock the holes of the bracket. But as for the junction/outlet box, the fan should be installed on the outlet box with the screws matching the outlet box itself. Many of our customers have different outlet boxes installed in their houses and the screws are attached to the outlet boxes too. We have a warning note on the bracket to state about the outlet box like the other companies do. Think you might miss it? No worries, we are always here to assist further. “It's quite and looks great. From the smart features perspective, it can do with some improvements, Like on the fan with dimmable lights, it's set up as if there are 2-3 lights - so I have to ask my smart home assistant to turn of one light at a time instead of just turning off the light. Other than that, it's a great fan.”

Dear Sayali, Thank you so much for your feedback! Yes, this fan is dimmable and can be turned on/off by remote and smart app. Regarding your concern about controlling the lights by Alexa. “Fans were not great, had to return them (1 star). But customer service was awsome (5 star), therefore overall 3 star”

“Good pricing for smart fan. Easy install. However, remote is clunky and can't turn off beeping to change functions. Fan sound is noticeable.”
