“When ordering a part for the motor I had bought a few years earlier I had received an email with a quote. When I responded to the ordered I received a 2nd email with a different shipping charge. I responded the the email asking for the first quoted pricing with no response. A week later I called to find out why I haven't received the part or an email with a tracking number. The response was that the order was canceled. I was not pleased. The person on the phone had straightened the problem out accept for the fact I was still charged the wrong amount for shipping. I will not accept the fact that I was quoted I price and billed for another. This is not acceptable.”

“My old 18.5HP B&S on my 2004 Cub Cadet LT1018 crankshaft pin and shackles the aluminum that goes on the both side of the crankshaft sheared off while cutting the lawn last year in June. After months and months of talking with my Dad about a new engine. He pointed me out this engine and after installing it. I ran and after two lawn cutting. I really enjoyed it. This saved me buying a new $8K or so riding lawn motor.”
