“Bouught a 24 hp Kohler motor for a lawn mower. It locked up within an hour of starting it up. Now you guys say I have to go through kohler to try and get engine repaired. “Shopping was easy. Paying with PayPal is also very convenient. The only big issue for me was shipping. They don't ship to Germany. I don't speak English. I use a translator. To get the rubber, which is no longer available here, I had to find an address in the US. That's a lot of stress for me. I don't understand the language. Shipping to the depot worked. Now I'm waiting 21 days for the parts to arrive here. Hopefully, that will work, too. Worldwide shipping would be very helpful. It's up to the customer whether they want to pay the increased shipping price.”

“I ordered a new CRX engine to replace my Kohler CH20 that went down on my Grasshopper 720k. Small engine Warehouse shipped my order the next day and I had a crate delivered to my house just a couple days later. The engine cam nicely packaged on a pallet and was damage free. I unboxed the engine and had it in my mower and running later that afternoon. I haven’t had a chance to mow with it yet but I’m certain it will do just fine. All in all I was very pleased with Small engine warehouse and I would purchase from them again!”

“The briggs and stratton motor won't run correctly right out of the box. Called for help, sent pic as they asked. Haven't heard back from them. Frustrating.”

We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, and I do see that a case was put in for your concern and went through the proper channels for our tech to reach out to you. After our tech and shop looked over your case and photos our tech did call you, however you had already taken the engine to an authorized Briggs and Stratton dealer in your area. I apologize that we weren't as quick as you had hoped in getting back to you. Your initial call came in on 3/31 and we received the photos on 4/1 and our tech called you on 4/3. Again, I am sorry that the process took a little longer than anticipated. Please feel free to follow up with us to ensure your concerns are addressed. We're here to help and want to get your motor running correctly.
