“If the salesperson would have listened to what I was looking for I'm sure I would have recieved the right part, now I'm on the hook for shipping cost because of what the #'s called for instead of listening to what I have and was looking for. Your website showed that you had what I needed but the communication was jut poor.”

“Brandon was very helpful. I told him my engine information which was approximately 20 years old. He advised me that the engine was no longer being manufactured. He took the time to find the closest match which I ordered. I installed the new motor myself. Everything was a perfect match. I will suggest your company to others in need of engine replacement.”

“Great service but lacking in knowledge of accessories to complete installation of engine assembly. Muffler, gaskets and bolts were not addressed and needed. Cost me days and dollars as you must pay shipping for returns and then again for correct parts. Engine sale and application was 5 star .”

We understand how frustrating it can be to have to deal with additional costs and shipping for returns. We do have a dedicated parts department to assist with helping you find a muffler for your application. It looks like you went online to purchase the muffler that would fit your engine. Mufflers can be a tricky thing to purchase and figure out because you must not only purchase a muffler that will fit the engine but also your application. If you ever need help with a muffler, please don't hesitate to call in and ask for our parts department. They should be able to assist you. They are a different division than our engine sales team. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to providing great service and will do our best to resolve any issues.
