“I bought a brand new briggs and Stratton 25 hp for my mower and I needed it very quickly so as soon as it showed up I installed it and it ran very poorly it had weak spark on one side due to a faulty coil and when I notified them of it they suggested I take it to a shop 2.5 hours away to get it diagnosed instead of sending parts I needed I ended up spending another 80 dollars on a new coil. not so impressive service people”

We also wanted to address your concern regarding our engine options with mufflers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the muffler with your engine not fitting your application. Generally, the mufflers that come with the engine fit the engine specifically. If you need a muffler to fit both your engine and application you will need to work with a salesman to ensure the fitment of a specific muffler which is very tricky and may require getting a muffler from the manufacturer of the application.

“The engine bolted up perfectly to my Husqevarna mower. The bolt holes weren't threaded like on my old engine, but I picked up some grade 8 bolts from the hardware store and used blue locktite on them. The engine works fine on my 4-6" pasture grass. It starts easily and only bogs down in the toughest spots.”
