“Ariens 34" deck, originally with a 13.5 HP. Tap the bolt locations on the engine block, match the wires, and now it's back to life faster and with more power! Keep the old engine around you will need random spare parts. Attach the previous muffler with no issues.”

“I inquired about engine and was given correct one to replace my current one. Engine arrived fast and packaged well. Engine had new fuel and oil filter installed along with exhaust gaskets. My engine arrived with the crankcase bolt holes unthreaded to attach to mower frame. I believe self tapping bolts should have come with engine or been advised to order them with engine. I would definitely recommend ordering from here! Seth is very helpful!”

A different size Kawasaki engine was recommended to save a significant amount. Otherwise it is an “exact” replacement.
I have not run it yet, but it is otherwise installed.
I ordered by phone. My only minor complaint was that truck freight was not mentioned. Otherwise customer service rating would be a 5.”

“Very easy purchase. Replacing the engine on my riding mower was the obvious solution for me, even though I had never done it before. The new engine had everything I needed. My only criticism is that when I first opened the box I thought they sent the wrong engine. After some research I figured out that this is the right one that is compatible with my mower even though there are some minor differences. Some guidance on the website or paperwork in the box would have been nice. Everything works well now, glad I made this decision.”
