“I would have given a 5 star but their shipping method has a lot to be desired. My engine wasn’t very well protected against damage and the plastic housing was cracked in two places. A wooden crate would probably solve that issue. The sales team was very knowledgeable and the engine arrived in two days from order.”

“Absolutely everything was great from the initial email sent which was on a Sunday by the way… never expected a response we until Monday but I got one the same day. Ordered the engine Monday received it Wednesday! Absolutely great customer service and it works great!”

“I ordered a muffler and receivied it in an acceptable time. A week later a called parts wanting to know pricing on some other engine parts. An automated service took my phone number but no one has called me back. I got my information else where.”

“Engine was shipped and delivered promptly, well packaged and at a very good price. However, did not come with any manual. And, did not come with dual element air filter as descributed in specs, only paper element.”

“Found them online and they had the best price along with the best availability for shipping. Ordered and received within 4-7 days. Came packaged well and was even covered in plastic from shipper to keep safe from rain. Installed motor today, went well. Will be buying another engine shortly for another project i am working on.”
