“Small Engine Warehouse save my @$$. I recently purchased chased a Kawasaki from Merit Hardware which came in 11 days from order with 5 days of that in transit, and then being damaged. The engine was wrapped in bubble wrap and looked extremely unprofessional from a shipping standpoint. I tried returned it and was promised for a month another was on its way. Still no motor and spring growth and weeds taking over on 5 acres of land my goal is to get my money back.
I called Small Engine Warehouse and they had my engine to me in 4 days. The motor was in a heavy Kawasaki box on a pallet and strapped down with very quality markings Caution, Do Not Stack on Top of Box, keep Upright. This was a complete 180° from what I’ve been dealing with for 2 months with Merit. When purchasing over the internet there’s just know way to no what kind of people your dealing with but thanks to everyone at Small Engine Warehouse, I will highly recommend you as the go to for a replacement engine.”

“I ordered a part The person that took my order did not know what they were doing. I ordered a part. It was a wrong part. I gave him the serial number. I gave him the size of the motor I gave him the model number. I gave him every number that I had on that motor and I got the part. I put the thing together. Spent several hours putting it together. And find out this is not even the part that's supposed to be even automotive. That person needs to be fired. I am sending the product back.
