“I placed the order the salesperson was very helpful. I received the engine installed it on my log splitter filled with oil went to fill it with gas of course I was doing this in my garage come to find out the gas line was not installed properly so I had a tank of gas all over my garage for I set a email to the salesperson I received an email several days later that they opened a claim have not heard back I look very lucky that I didn't burn my house down”

“Waited a week to get a bad motor. 25 hp twin cylinder that has only on cylinder running. very disapointed. I installed it and it smokes, spits and spuders. The spark plugs were oil fouled so I replaced them only to conferm my suspisions that only one cylinder is running.”

“The Small Engine Warehouse staff are very helpfull and knowledge able. However the engine I purchased for my wood splitter (Briggs and Staton appears to be a piecee of junk. It's got the no choke built in and it starts very hard. it seems the colder the outdoor temp the more I have to pull the cord to start it. There are many times I pull more than 20x to get it started and after this and it doesn't start I give up. The technition it seems is very busy and has not had a chance to get ahold of me to see if there is anything I can do to remedy the situation.Returning the engine may be my only option.”
