“Tried placing order online and had multiple issues. Had Andy on Chat helping through every step, but ended having to do manually over phone. Andy was wonderful and so helpful and even called me once had discovered we couldn't do online. The order was here the next day which was fantastic. Would give Andy 5 star rating only reason I rated 4 star was the for the online system. Will be calling from now on. Thanks again Andy.”

“My order was processed promptly upon receipt,payment acknowledged and invoiced.It was despatched next day (interstate).It was locally delivered to my door a day or two after date shown on tracking document(but still within the week).I plan a further order in due course....”

Hi Brian. You ordered at 9.45PM Monday 8th June - the end of a public holiday weekend. The bags were dispatched the next day - Tuesday. It has just gone 3PM Thursday 11th June. You should receive the bags shortly and given the time frames, I'm not sure an explanation would be required?

Hi Tina. We apologise that the discount offers were not made clearer to you. Discounts are not offered on products with the code starting BDR which are the products you ordered :-(

“Excellent / prompt after-sales communication. Only negative was goods were shipped on "Toll Ipec" which (from experience) is often unpredictable and unreliable (slow) choice of carrier to many locations. Eg: takes 3-4 days where other carriers are 1-2 days.”
