“I rarely do these Reviews as it takes a lot to impress me In a world of substandard products and poor customer service. SmartBag and more importantly Marianne looked after me so well, especially considering I had never dealt with them before and it was late on a Friday afternoon. Well done guys and thanks. Hi Michelle. I see you have ordered from us quite a few times. Initially these orders were from a different supplier. Their quality was not up to our expectations and we have since found a supplier who's quality exceeds our expectations. So I trust that your most recent orders have been better quality and the correct quantity :-)
