I have renewed my insurance with yourself because of my adviser each year he rings me to remind me when my policy is due, he has done this because I asked him. Very nice man. I hope he is still there in 2020

Called the help line to make an enquiry. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and explained all the details i needed to know. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The web site did not work properly and the annual fee (£139) was taken out of my bank account prior to any confirmation that you were willing to provide the service to me. Took me 2 phone calls to resolve and your response to the phone calls was in both cases "we'll get someone to call you back". You have not yet provided any physical (boiler service) assistance to me as yet but I do hope this will be more effective/efficient than your website and call handling services.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced problems with the website. The site was recently re-designed and we did experience some minor teething problems. It is now fully functioning.

Wouldnt deal with company again. Very quick to take my money but not so quick to return it when I cancelled the next day. Took three weeks of chasing to get it back.

Good plain English website, simple to get za quote and prices very competitive. Experience to date excellent but the proof of the cover will be in the response to and result of any claims. So far so good. Thank you

I completed the ‘order process’ but didn’t receive any email of confirmation from you. A couple of days later you take a significant amount of money from my account. Just as I’m about to call and complain an email comes through. The email looks dodgy but has my cover details attached. Highly recommend you do not take people’s money before sending them details of their cover.

Dear Ms Fulford. I apologise for the delay with your policy documents - I will investigate as to why this happened. The system is set up to automatically dispatch customers' documentation and I don't know why this did not occur in this instance. Regards, Simon.

Only just got insurance but are competitive price wise and was easy to deal with. Hopefully I won't have to see how they react in a claim situation

Pravin was very helpful and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and didn’t mind when I asked if he could repeat what he had told me. The insurance is cheaper than my other insurance and that can only be a good thing.
