“Pravin was very polite and helpful He helped me explore payment options and the cover II Needed He fully explained cancellation rights and explained the cover I was very pleased with the conversation and subsequent outcome I have been in a similar role myself for major bank and I would rate his telephone ability as 10”

“I have had a policy for 2 weeks No email to confirm as suggested once I had paid for it Still no paperwork and 8 minutes to get through to talk to someone about my policy Girl I spoke to was very nice but very disappointed so far And I have to make another call to find out where my paperwork is so I can book my Service”
