“Oh my goodness, I rang the wrong number by mistake, and end up getting 2 item insured for £9.99 a month. I spoke with a delightful man call Prafin, who spoke to my like s friend not a number. After our chat, I rang the correct number to cancel my policy with D&G who want £7.25 for 1 item. Thank you Prafin for saving me money xxx”

“The fact is when the break down occur Then the engineer report promptly , then I will call it Smart Cover , however the customer service was excellent”

“Only 3 out of 5 because I have only just taken out the cover and have no experience on the quality of the service. Customer service when taking out the plan was excellent and significantly cheaper than previous supplier. Hope for best but time will tell”

“Process of buying a policy is easy enough though no confirmation email letting me know they had received my application, despite taking the payment from my credit card. Also quite a wait to get through to book Annual boiler service and though no issues, then told the gas company will call within 14 days. Not sure I saw that in T&Cs. So all in all -good policy terms and price for me though perhaps could improve on customer service etc.”

“Just found this insurance company and have cover for some of our domestic appliances, the service is exceptional, we are very pleased with the sales staff mr kataria, explanation of all the items make it easy to understand and very professional ( I would give them a try)”

“I am extremely happy with my Smart Cover Insurance. I had an issue with my dishwasher a couple of months ago and it was sorted out in a highly efficient manner, much to my satisfaction. The advisor I spoke to originally in setting up the contract was a man by the name of Parvin. He was super helpful and very friendly. He also managed to secure me a favourable premium compared to many other insurers so I can honestly say that I would recommend Smart Cover Insurance without hesitation.”
