I purchased cover for my washing machine as my last insurers were becoming quite lapse with their service and my premiums kept rising. However i have not received confirmation or documentation for my cover with yourselves - i would have rated higher if i was a full customer, i would like this confirmed please

Pravin was very polite and helpful He helped me explore payment options and the cover II Needed He fully explained cancellation rights and explained the cover I was very pleased with the conversation and subsequent outcome I have been in a similar role myself for major bank and I would rate his telephone ability as 10

Very competitive price. Cancelled my previous home emergency plan and replaced it with this. I hope it is as good as it sounds! Phone agent very good and patient.

I have had a policy for 2 weeks No email to confirm as suggested once I had paid for it Still no paperwork and 8 minutes to get through to talk to someone about my policy Girl I spoke to was very nice but very disappointed so far And I have to make another call to find out where my paperwork is so I can book my Service

Just took out cover for 5 appliances very good service from Pravin on the telephone. Just hope if I ever need to get an engineer out service is just as good

Cancelled policy before it started but they still tried to take the first direct debit - luckily I spotted it before payment was taken!
