“Hate to be without my washing machine. No problems, I'm insured with Smart Cover Insurance. Made the call and very shortly along came a charming ,efficient young man who fixed it quickly and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with the service.”

“i would recommend smart cover insurance to anybody , i have had smart cover for a few yrs allways happy with the service , since i have had them ive had both new 7kl hoover washing machine and 7kl convecter tumble dryer when they couldnt be fixed ,very happy with the service reps as well .”

“Just made a claim on my dad's life insurance and they have refused to pay out. Instead of the funeral cover of £5000 my dad was paying £30 a month for, I have received £328. They are closed at the weekend. People don't pass away Monday to Friday.”

Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Unfortunately we do not currently provide life insurance which means you have contacted the incorrect company. Please do refer to your policy documents and you will be able to raise this enquiry with them.
