“i would recommend smart cover insurance to anybody , i have had smart cover for a few yrs allways happy with the service , since i have had them ive had both new 7kl hoover washing machine and 7kl convecter tumble dryer when they couldnt be fixed ,very happy with the service reps as well .”

“Just made a claim on my dad's life insurance and they have refused to pay out. Instead of the funeral cover of £5000 my dad was paying £30 a month for, I have received £328. They are closed at the weekend. People don't pass away Monday to Friday.”

Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Unfortunately we do not currently provide life insurance which means you have contacted the incorrect company. Please do refer to your policy documents and you will be able to raise this enquiry with them.

“I am fairly happy with this company my only worry was a phone call I received the day I took out the policy wanting proof of purchase which I don't have as the machine was brought for my daughter 3 yrs ago (by her father in law) who has since moved into a property with a machine already in it as mine was playing up and old she gave this one to me & as I've always insured mine I decided to insure this one as well, the chap that phoned me was going to ring me back in 10 minutes but didn't so thanks for this email its jogged my memory & I will now ring them”
