“Please the stop in Vienna and Frankfurt were awful, only use El AL NOT Austrian/Lufthansa. The security backup, patdowns and rude security people was horrendous; plus the added time in air and airports. Otherwise, tour was great, guide very informative and helpful. I was told Elat was sold out and went on a waiting list,; turns out there was room, and I WAS NOT called.”

“This was the trip of our lifetime thanks to having a wonderful guide in Ron McGregor whose knowledge of South Africa and his marvelous stories enhanced our travel. Our hotels and safari arrangements were also first class and we had great experiences on every leg of our journey. Victoria Falls was a highlight despite huge crowds getting into and out of customs. Our tour to Chobe National Park was the best in regard to animal viewing. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with a desire to see the wild animals in their natural habitat but also to experience the wonders of South Africa and its diverse people.”

“Great hotels. All flights on time. Generally good guides throughout trip. It would have helped to get the detailed itinerary and flight information much sooner. And the scheduling of some tours immediately upon arrival and after long flights was not ideal. But in general I thought SmarTours did a great job.”

“Rhine cruise on the Crucevita was excellent in all respects. Itinerary was perfect with excellent selection of shore stops including Heidelberg. Food and services was exceptional. Cost was low for quality of the trip.”

“This was my 1st time with a tour group and it couldn't have been better. The group was so much fun and very compatible. We had a great guide, Betty Levin. The tour was a little slow to start, but once we reached NZ, we had a wonderful trip down the coast. The accomodations were very nice, the hotel food spectacular, and the stops were interesting and views gorgeous. I would do it again.”

“Only way we could have seen more is if they woke us up at 2:00 am. Damian, our guide, was AMAZING. It was an awesome trip. Normandy was especially poignant”

“Ron was a fantastic tour guide very knowledgeable. Along with the hustle of a guided tour, there was enough down time to do things on your own. Loved the tour I was on with the extension for Victoria falls. I will be booking this again next year cause there was so much I still want to see & see over again”

“We throughly enjoyed our trip to Peru, which included the breathtaking views from Machu Picchu, and the incredible history of the Incas, and of course the delicious food, and shopping for products made from alpaca. Our Director Mr. Luis Carrion, and Clestino Ocsa were both helpful and provided good background and historical content in the many places we visited. Their knowledge and experience was invaluable which provided us a wonderful time while we were on the trip. And also a special thank you to our local guide in Lake Titicaca, who also provided significant historical value on the floating islands of the Uros Indians who practice the old traditions of fishing, and living on the lake plants. Overall, we had a great time, and looking forward to additional trips with SmarTours in the future! Thank you!”
