“I was looking for a way to remind our customers about their appointments. SMS Broadcast is so easy to use and the ability to schedule the messages in advance means we can set 24hr reminder messages up as soon as a booking is made so no appointment will be missed. The group message ability is also fantastic as you can send the same message to multiple clients (for example if it is a group booking) and set the name in the message so it is still personalised. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to automate booking reminders for their business.”
