I’m real sorry about that, but there’s a bug with riot’s servers. All you need to do to fix the issue is to go to Collections tab -> Show unowned Champions and then just buy from there.

Sorry to hear that, if you're unable to buy champions from the store section, please go to the "Collections" tab near the Loot tab and enable "Show unowned champions" and buy champions from there. There's currently some problems with riot's servers and that's the best fix we've found so far.

Please use the collections tab in the league client. There’s an issue with riot’s client at the moment that causes the store to not function.
