I don't think you read the product description properly, the account has a total of 50k BE but you need to open all the loot and disenchant the champion capsules. We leave them unopened because it's better for customers since they can choose which champion shards to keep and which to disenchant.

You probably forgot to open your loot page. The rest of your Blue Essence should be there in the form of champion capsules and shards, as described on the website and the product page. :)
