“Havent received account I paid for, do not reccomend using this website at all just a total scam. Edit: seeing as though you dont use your live chat feature I guess I will communicate through this. So i received the account I paid for and big surprise when i went to log in the password would not work, i looked up the account on op.gg and it seems someone has been playing ranked games on the account, so not only have i been scammed i doubt i have any chance of getting my money back. So as I stated before just be very wary if you decide to buy from this website”

Hey, I don't think you read the product description properly, the account has a total of 50k BE but you need to open all the loot and disenchant the champion capsules. We leave them unopened because it's better for customers since they can choose which champion shards to keep and which to disenchant.

Hello Elvedin, You probably forgot to open your loot page. The rest of your Blue Essence should be there in the form of champion capsules and shards, as described on the website and the product page. :)
