"I ordered 8x8 ,pictures of my paintings, they arrived wavy, i can't use them as prints, under the press for 1 month ,still wavy...I contacted them twice! no answer...and I just got my third order ,still wavy ...ugggg mega wavy ...why ?? why ? why?"

"Mistakes happen. How a company responds when mistakes happen is an opportunity to create a loyal customer. It was USPS that screwed up here, but Snapfish made it right. They went above and beyond. \r\nThe product was perfect and they moved mountains to get it to me when I needed it."

"Very disappointed. Very poor quality. I ordered a Collage Canvas Print. I paid a lots of money and expected my pictures to be a lot better. This is a warning to anybody that orders from them. Do not be fooled by claims of a 70% or 60% discount. Do not fall for it. I tried to call them asking for refund but no phone number or even an email."
