“I am a big fan of Roku products. I am from Ontario, Canada. Roku subwoofer is not available to buy anything in Canada. Google search led me to Snapklik and I am so glad I found this company. The first subwoofer I received didn’t turn on at all. I even contacted Roku support but couldn’t resolve the issue. I contacted Snapklik and they relied very quickly. Customer service was so supportive and understanding. They set up the replacement right away. The second subwoofer works perfectly. I now have Roku Streambar, Wireless Speakers and Subwoofer. Thank you Snapklik for helping me to complete my Roku System. Their customer service is second to none.
