I have cut a piece off both the original foam & felt filters to add to the size so I can use my vacuum and time will tell if that works. Was the smaller size of these filters intentional?”

“I had a problem with my previous delivery where the wrong item was sent. Within hours of posting a negative review, Snapklik had been in touch and made plans to help me. The customer service team were amazing and for that I have updated my previous 1 star to 5. I now have the items I had originally ordered and I am very pleased with them. The problem was sorted with very little effort on my part and I will certainly be using this company again with the knowledge that if I ever run into a problem, I know they will sort it for me.
