“The product I ordered was only available to me through on-line shopping. The services provided by FedEx were excellent, providing status and tracking of the shipment. A disappointing shortfall is the 4 pack foam & filter replacements received are not the same size/measurements of the original ones that I am replacing. I have cut a piece off both the original foam & felt filters to add to the size so I can use my vacuum and time will tell if that works. Was the smaller size of these filters intentional?”
