“I am a big fan of Roku products. I am from Ontario, Canada. Roku subwoofer is not available to buy anything in Canada. Google search led me to Snapklik and I am so glad I found this company. The first subwoofer I received didn’t turn on at all. I even contacted Roku support but couldn’t resolve the issue. I contacted Snapklik and they relied very quickly. Customer service was so supportive and understanding. They set up the replacement right away. The second subwoofer works perfectly. I now have Roku Streambar, Wireless Speakers and Subwoofer. Thank you Snapklik for helping me to complete my Roku System. Their customer service is second to none. I am completely satisfied with the overall experience even with some issues with the first subwoofer. The way Snapklik took care of the situation is much appreciated.

“It was with FedEx that there was a delivery problem. Last Thursday and Friday, the delivery man rang the back doorbell instead of the main door and I didn't hear the doorbell because it is defective. I had to call FedEx. I thought the delivery man hadn't come or that he had the wrong address. Today the delivery man called me 5 minutes before arriving and I was waiting for him on the porch. In addition, the package remained a week at customs. I was rather eager to receive my products.”
