“I have placed and order on 25 April this year, which took 3 weeks to be delivered (#376521), 1 set of knife was broken and another set was out of stock.
I have requested for a refund as they were out of stock even now I still don't have my refund”
“I bought from snatcher and returned in June. i have not been refunded since June 2024. They keep saying it has been escalated and nothing ever gets done. 3 months now still since 13 June. They deserve zero rating for scamming customers. First most of their items are faulty when you return no refund from them. Can someone help me to get my hard earned cash back from these scammers”

“1 star is being Generous.I ordered a Samsung galaxy A80 phone case,screen protector & Camera lens protector.This was one order.Only the screen protector & the Camera Lens Protector arrived.I sent emails that would take them days if not weeks to reply.They keep saying the order was delivered.Yes but the Case was NOT IN the package delivered.It was even a hassle for my iPhone 12 pro to be delivered. I ended up going to collect after weeks of endless Back and for even over their collection address. I will NEVER make another purchase with santcher again.Msun”
“Terrible,horrible experience with Snatcher. Order tracking is stand still, no movement whatsoever, you cannot call in to enquire about your order. This people buy from China yet they say our orders will take 7-10 days of which it can be a month waiting. My order came after two week 2days. I am still at work, I hope when I get home nothing is missing from my order. It was my first and last ordering from Snatcher. Thank you truth need to be told coz it sets us free.”
“These are scamsters. I ordered in March 2024. I did not receive all my items. They failed to let me know - yet they still expected me to review the item. I requested a refund. They told me refund within 5-10 business days. It is now 14 August 2024 - I am not sure what business days they working to - but I have received no refund - just one apology after the other about a backlog.
Makes you wonder how many people they did this to.
We have enough issues - we DO NOT NEED more scammers.

“Very bad company. I ordered 3 oversized hoodies. 1 Kiddies and 2 adults. Order was completely wrong. The Kiddies unicorn pink one came as a space blacket (NOT hoodie). The purple adult one came as a Kiddies one. The grey star one came as a space blue/grey one. I used payjustnow and I'm on the point of canceling my last payment. “IV ordered a Nebulizer and a clothes dryer, to my surprise a shoe dryer and Nebulizer are delivered. I'm so furious because I checked reviews after ordering as it's not my 1st time ordering from snatcher. I never had any problems before. And reading all the reviews I might not get my money back if I send the shoe dryer back. I guess that's how they SCAM people by giving them the wrong products knowing that they will not refund them!!!”
“I bought a blender and a spinning mop both of these are not working. I reported same immediately and now its over a month still they have not collected their faulty products. They have been promising every time i follow up that they collecting the next day. I offered to send the stuff back myself as I just want my refund now they told me they are busy changing Wearhouse. They are pure scams just be careful when you buy from them.”
