“IV ordered a Nebulizer and a clothes dryer, to my surprise a shoe dryer and Nebulizer are delivered. I'm so furious because I checked reviews after ordering as it's not my 1st time ordering from snatcher. I never had any problems before. And reading all the reviews I might not get my money back if I send the shoe dryer back. I guess that's how they SCAM people by giving them the wrong products knowing that they will not refund them!!!”
“I bought a blender and a spinning mop both of these are not working. I reported same immediately and now its over a month still they have not collected their faulty products. They have been promising every time i follow up that they collecting the next day. I offered to send the stuff back myself as I just want my refund now they told me they are busy changing Wearhouse. They are pure scams just be careful when you buy from them.”

This company has a long history of malpractice and disregard for basic consumer rights.
It's shocking that Snatcher has not yet had their trading license revoked and is being allowed to continue operating in SA.
Please do not fall victim to this deceitful and fraudulent company as I and many others have.
If it's already too late and you have any ongoing issues with Snatcher that you would like to pursue please consider referring the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for resolution. This service is free and can be very helpful.
Hopefully with enough push back Snatcher can be shut down and the people responsible charged accordingly.”

I cancelled the order on the website. they proceeded to process the order. when eventually i spoke to a guy there he told me sorry its shipped. sick thing is i wanted to upgrade the product to the full product not just a spare. still not received a refund.
