“BLACK FRIDAY WARNING. Snatcher Snatches my money. Still waiting for my refund. Had an apology on HelloPeter. No money yet. They also indicated that they communicated privately with me this is not true. I had no communication from them. It's now a month and a half later. No response or payment. See my comments on HelloPeter. Why is the ratings so inflated on Hellopeter?

“They never fail to disappoint. I am yet to see a satisfied customer who had received their order without issues. If you check their Facebook comment section then you will know what right decision to make with regard to ordering from them. They always send wrong items. They take ages to refund and lie that your refund has been processed.”
“FRAUD on the webpage I selected a size 12 sausage maker and paid the price for it. I receive a cheap size 10 which I saw in a Chinese shop which was much cheaper. I ask my self...why did I than order the bigger one online while I put the size 10 back on the Chinese shelve wich where
half the price of the size 12 I and would not have to wait for something I did not order. I receive incorrect product. The customer must get what he ordered not a RIP OFF. I wait to long for delivery so I will not refund it. I wil use the wrong product with a unhappy face and long teeth. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“Ordered 2 adult money heist costumes for Halloween that came with masks. The costumes sent were kiddies costumes and there were no masks. I returned both products on the 19 October 2023 and i am still yet to receive my refund. Upon following up, i am told that it has been escalated. Why is a customer been given the run around, i wished i could of have the seen the reviews of this website before placing an order.”

Bought products, 2 of 4 faulty. Reported it. Faulty items collected with refund promised in "turnaround time of 7days". Today, 21days later, NO REFUND YET! New excuse... "huge backlog of refunds at accounts department". Pathetic customer service via email not regularly answered (or ignored - lady with the name Ruth) and when eventually, then with the same standard wording reply. NO EFFORT MADE TO FIND OUT STATUS QUO - EASIER JUST TO SEND A STANDARD REPLY AND THEN TO IGNORE THE CUSTOMER AFTERWARDS!!!”

I did ask for a refund.
They sent me another mail asking for Bank details in order to be able to refund me.
We are at 26 October and after several mails I am still waiting to be refunded!

“Shocking service when it comes to refunds. They tell you it takes 7 working days to do refund but yet I am now on day 10 and still no refund. Really pathetic services. When you phone their number it tells you due to the nature on their business you can only contact them via email.”

“I purchased a fridge from Snatcher, which took 2 weeks to deliver. Things purchased from Shein has a quicker delivery time.
Anyway Snatcher is the only company that has no return courier. I don't mind paying for the courier to come home pick up my item and deliver it to Snatcher. Which I asked about delivery service for returns I was told they do not offer one.
Totally frustrating experience....never again.”

Agter 10 days of silence I complained.
They send me a package the next day with only two of the cheapest items(I order 6 items). On my order it shows complete.
I am getting no reply from the company.

Scammers you cannot contact them by landline only by email with no response, I am telling you I am already blue in the face for passing on emails everyday with absolute no response.”
