“The box I had delivered on Monday was amazing and the usual excellent quality. My rating reflects the disappointment that the card information I had specified was not included so, until today, the recipient had no idea as to who the gift was from. Fortunately, today she spotted my name on some paperwork that I am assuming was included in the box. Please ensure messages are included in your box gifts!! She only had my name which she found by chance…albeit 3 days after receiving the box, so I was able to tell her the other 2 people who were also part of group sending the get well wishes!. Looking forward to a complete experience next time.
