“Having been a longer term customer and WOM marketer, there is so much that is great about Snowgoose. Even though the market has expanded and caught up a lot, there is still no, specific, direct competition.
While I'm still positive about the brand, its really time to meet current market expectations with a platform that enables you to do what you do best, and at the same time alleviates a customer from having to call twice to get information needed to progress and complete their order on line.
Other aspects which are currently lacking, such as delivery times and confirmations, shipping cost calculator before check out page and the most fundamental alignment with basic accessibility standards of using black text on a white/light coloured background would be solved by investing in updated software with user orientated interface.
This would put you back in front and keep you flying a head of the competition, reducing the risk of becoming a dinner for the competition, who are always hungry.”
