“I bought a snow joe garden tiller and it was missing one piece, the safety lock for one of the tillers to remain in place. I called the number and the customer service was excellent, I received the piece in less than one week. I know issues happen during production, but remedying the issues is what brings customers back. I have quite a few snow joe items and will continue to be a satisfied customer.”
