“Customer service was excellent! The original hose developed a slit in the pkastic liner. I patched it and ad soon as I turned on the water in leaked in another area. My fear is that the replacement hose will also fail in short order.”

“I bought a 2nd Sun Joe pressure washer at Amazon. After several uses, the unit began leaking water at the hose connection. I tightened & loosened the connection but the leak didn't stop (and the rubber seal ring was there). It then developed internal water leak and water was running at the bottom of the unit. I contacted customer support and they requested a video, so I took one with my phone and sent it. They are sending me a replacement unit under the 2-year factory warranty. I saved the original box & disassembled & returned it (they emailed me a free shipping label for UPS). They DO stand behind their products, unlike many others who don't care after you paid for a product (such businesses don't last very long).”
