Placed order about a week ago. Never shipped item. Called their support phone number and got no answer multiple times. Texted a representative and they said someone would call me back. Never returned that call either. I believe the company is failing. AVOID this seller.

I had to return a mower I had purchased. The mower was received on their end on 6/5/2020. As of today, 6/26/2020 I have not received a refund or an answer to my 5-6 emails other than their automatic response.

I have had a horrible experience with Snow Joe. After waiting six weeks for the delivery of my power washer, well after the promised 5-8 days, I tried to assemble. The parts list included 4 large screws and 2 small screw. I received all the same size 1" screws.I was halted at one of the first steps, so still have no pressure washer. The support line is useless...as are emails. No response!

I can confirm that I purchased a snow blower from Snow Joe on May 28, 2019, along with a 3-year extended warranty. I can also truthfully verify that I have never gone out of my way to report a problem with a company, until now, as widely as I can so that others can save themselves from a terrible experience. We received a 4-inch snow on January 7, 2020, that was wet and heavy. Each trip that I took up and down my driveway of about 20 feet resulted in the snow packing up and totally clogging the shoot of the snow blower. With the snow packed underneath, the blower became heavy and difficult to push. Each time I turned and came back, it was totally clogged, so I had to shut it off and clean the snow away. I repeated this over and over. This blower proved to be incapable of doing the job. I reported the problem to Snow Joe on January 15, 2020. I called twice and spoke with a person and her boss, and I wrote four emails. This is what the Owner’s Manual says: "Unfortunately, there are times when a product does not work...We think it’s important that you know what you can expect from us. That’s why we created the Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® promise….Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® warrant new products for two years from the date of purchase….If, in Snow Joe® + Sun Joe®’s sole discretion, the failed Machine cannot be repaired with a part, Snow Joe® will... refund the full purchase price to the owner. I received this email from Snow Joe that same day: “We do apologize about any inconveniences, we thank you for providing us with your invoice. At this time we will honor your refund for your SJ623E. We will provide your information to our accounting department, they will then reach out to you via email, providing you with a shipping label to send the unit back to us. Once we receive the unit, we will go ahead and mail out a refund check for you. The whole process can take anywhere from 8-10 weeks. The next step is just waiting to receive your return label, which can take about 24-72 hours.” (It took another phone call by me a week later). I packed up the snow blower at a UPS store on February 4. It cost me $29.04. As of June 17, 2020, I have not heard from Snow Joe again. I have called and written over a dozen times, and I received automated case numbers, but never a phone call back or certainly no money returned. This is what their emails say: “We are aiming to respond to you within 5 business days or sooner. Please share your order number for faster service. (I always do). Sending multiple emails regarding one inquiry will not result in a quicker reply.” (This apparently occurs often). To summarize, the snow blower from Snow Joe could not clear snow. The “promise” made by the company proved to be a lie. The 3-year extended warranty was another sham. I have spent $210 over a year’s time. I do not have a snow blower or the money that I spent on one. I am not a competitor of Snow Joe. I am just a very unhappy customer who got robbed by this horrible company.

Bought a hose from them, 2 year warranty, registered it. The hose leaked within 2 days. Registered the product. They issued a tracking number and ?? Nothing for over 2 weeks. Warranty is worthless. Buy from a local store. This company is a fraud.

Part was missing from original order, took 2 days to get a CS person on phone. Kept calling the number but system kept hanging up on me. Sat on Chat for 40 minutes no on ever connected and it dropped me. Finally got thru on May 28th, on May 30 they emailed me order and tracking info, it is now 18 days later and missing part still has not shipped out. Company I ordered thru has tried multiple times and cannot get thru. I continue to call and email and get no response. All over their. Website they talk about their customers and how they care, well that is total BS, they have the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with.

Bought 2 hoses and a water nozzle from Smowjoe - Direct. All arrived in a timely manner. One of the hose started leaking. Snowjoe has a 2 year warranty. Customer service kept me on hold for 1 hour, then told me to write an email, which I did. Still no reply! So, the warranty is worthless. Buy at a store, that way you can return without going through a lot of stress. Owned the hose 2 weeks by the way.

If I could Give a minus zero I would. What a joke this company is. Placed order for a item that was just 19.99 but have to pay shipping that is almost the same amount. Don’t mind that if I could get the item or some type of response from them. Order was placed 2 weeks ago. Please beware and make sure you put on credit card or PayPal so you can get your money back. Better yet don’t order from them at all!!!!!!!

WOULD GIVE -0- STARS IF I COULD! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN THEY DO DECIDE TO ANSWER THE PHONE THEY LIE TO YOU. WILL NEVER BUY A SNOW JOE PRODUCT AGAIN!!!

brought product had to ask where it was said send out another finally got it then needed to send back and haven't been able to get a return label on them phone 2 hours at a time on hold then hangs up on me. chat is a robot so don't get anywhere with that either

Unfortunately, I can't review the product because I never got to use it. This company has the worse customer service I've ever encountered. I bought the SPX 3000 pressure washer which arrived damaged. After seven days of no response except for an automated email I returned it. Luckily I bought it through Menards who took it back with no problem . If there were zero stars that would be my rating. I don't think this company cares at all after the product leaves the factory.

The product arrived on time, but poor quality and unable to use. Wasted money. Literally no support from Snowjoe, just a circle of automatic emails to keep you busy in a loop to avoid having to deal with upset customers or a return. Going to file a dispute with PayPal to see if I can get a refund.

New 75' garden hose leaks and continually kinks blocking all water flow. Clearly advertised not to do this. Sent multiple emails and chat to customer service. 21 days later and no replacement hose was ever sent or even acknowledged as ordered in my account info even though I was told a replacement order was made, several times. Ranks among the poorest Customer service ever encountered.

The worst customer service ever. I emailed and called repeatedly inquiring about my order. I purchased hand sanitizer and was told it was shipped on 4/12. On 4/19 I stated that the shipment had not left their location because the UPS tracking number showed no movement. The customer service rep checked and agreed that they did not know where the shipment was and they could not replace it because it was out of stock. He then stated that he would cancel the order and issue a credit. Today 4/20, I received an email from Lizabeth stating that the shipment had not been processed. I made her aware of my phone call the previous day and to cancel the order. I called today 4/20 and spoke to Clinton and was told that there was nothing that showed a credit issued. He put me on hold for 17 minutes and came back to tell me that he spoke to his manager. He would cancel the order and a credit would be issued. I told him that I no longer wanted the merchandise since it had taken so long, was told it was out of stock and had to make several phone calls only to be given the run around. He stated that a credit would be issued within the hour. Nothing was done. Speaking to customer service was like speaking to the wall. You would make a statement and the phone would go "dead". Then I would say "are you there" and he would come back. I believe I was muted while the rep probably ate lunch or did something else. They pretend to listen to you and nothing gets done. I am still waiting for my credit to be issued. I am no longer calling. This is totally ridiculous. I will solve it in another manner.
