i purchased a 48 volt chordless snow blower which failed after 10 minutes of running i was told to send the unit back which i did. after two weeks of waiting the replacement showed up. this replacement also ran for ten minutes then failed after many phone calls i was told to ship the batteries back for replacement i was never told to ship them in two different boxes. i recieved one battery NOT two the unit is totally useless without two batteries. i was told the second battery would show up after another week. nothing yet!!!!!!. the winter will soon be over and i feel i will be stuck with a snowblower that will be out of warrenty next winter

after many contacts and trying to get help with my order the snow joe support has been awful and not once have they helped to find my parcel or give me information regards my package . The tracking number sent did not work . I have waited many months for the item to be back in stock and then snow joe cannot seem to process an order . your help is deplorable and i have PAID you for my item but would like my money back !!!!!!!!

Although the last rep I spoke to was helpful, and she did send everything I needed to get the blower running... It worked for about 15 minutes. I can tell there us power going to tge motor, but it does not engage the rotor blades. I did NOT KNOW I was buying a refurbished snowblower. It will be coming back to you.

I just called SnowJoe and asked to get my shipping address changed and "Abby" told me that she could not do that! She WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO A MANAGER!!!! She stated REPEATEDLY that the Supervisor will give me the same response. I DON'T CARE!!! I WANTED TO TALK TO A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR!!! i have NEVER had a company NOT LET ME TALK TO A SUPERVISOR!!! EVER!! this is unacceptable and UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have NO ISSUES with SnowJoe per se, it is FedEx who won't deliver because of weather which is BS! My street is clear and has been for 2 days. All SnowJoe needs to do is to change my deliver address, which I just got the 'prompt' when calling FedEx which SnowJoe could also get if they just called.

Purchased snow joe last year. used once. this year unable to get it running . it will start up and then stop right away. Had someone look at it and your complaints. most were about a $30 switch that needed replacement. that is not the fix. the inside auger must have a flat spot so everytime it starts it shuts off as soon as it hits it. trying to get someone on the phone to get help is like mission impossible and yes the gentleman helping me had such a heavy accent I could not understand one thing he was trying to tell me. then although I verified my credit card , they wanted information from another bank card????? my email and date of birth that I refused to give them. No resolve, still stuck with this machine! Definately do not do business with this company!!!! Poor quality product and no after market service at all.

Perhaps you purchased an extended warranty through another company and called them directly? I bought the Snow Joe 11” in winter 2019 from QVC. . But we had no snow. This year 2020 got to try it for the first time. I’m 5’6”. The handle is too short it more for 5’ person. It harder than my shovel in 9” of snow. I works but would be better with a longer handle. And it don’t work in the grass areas as well made more for drive ways and sidewalks.

Thanks for the feedback. The secondary handle is adjustable to conform to your needs/height. Snow Blowers and Power Shovels are also designed for hard services only and shouldn't be used on lawns to avoid damage to grass. I ordered a blower and waited for it to arrive. After several days, it hasn't arrived. I called them and they said they are out of the blower that I ordered but they would upgrade to the next higher blower and would ship it out the same day with a tracking number. They have not sent the tracking number so I called them again. They say they are out of the upgrade too. I told them to cancel my order. They need to have a website that automatically updates when one is sold. Never again!!!!

snow joe 2 stage snow blower..1st snowblower i ever owned..crapped out after 3 uses..snowjoe sent me another one..crapped out after 4 uses..i have warranty until 2022..after telling me they would refund my over $700 purchase price minus $8 for handling and they would deduct the UPS cost to return from my refund they (i have the email from snow joe) now say they will not refund my money and want to send me yet another snowblower,,,enough is enough...there is an obvious flaw with this unit and i am tired of wasting time on it...too damn unreliable..i certainly do not want to end up shoveling AGAIN when the new blower craps out...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am surprised this company is still in business. They scam people. They don’t ship your product unless you put in a dispute with your credit or debit card company. They have zero customer service. All they do is send you automated responded answers when you contact customer service. Since they were never sending me the power washer that I bought, I requested a refund. They never even responded to my refund request. If you call them, they just have a recording that they don’t take any calls. And worst part, they send you an email saying that your item has shipped but it is not shipped. The tracking info says that the item is still with the supplier. But in your Sun Joe account it states that the order is completed and it was delivered. So, unless you dispute the charge, they NEVER ship the item. After you dispute the item, they send to you the item eventually and they force the item on you since the refund request is ignored. I ended with two power washers thanks to the fact that they took forever to ship it after I disputed the charge. The power washer I received is poor quality. It leaks. My husband had bought two snow blowers in the past from this company and they were also poor quality and doesn’t work well. This company has been blacklisted in our family. We will NEVER buy ANY sun joe products either directly on their site or through Amazon. I wish I had looked up reviews before I order from this company. This is the WORST company I haver bought from.

Worked when it was new but when I went to use it the next year it ran for about 15 minutes in the very hot day and then quit and smelled hot! Then it wouldn't run at all. I'm older and dont have the time to waste trying to get something to run. Would not buy another snowjoe product because they dont hold up. It wasn't abused and was stored in a dry place when not in use. So dissapointing. .

I bought a Sun Joe electric lawn mower MJ401E last May 2019 to replace a manual push mower I had been using in the past ten years to maintain my lawn. I used it for a few months in the Fall last year and then in the Spring earlier this year up until 3 weeks ago, one of the springs broke. I looked at the stores near me and no one has this replacement part in stock. It is the same story online, I only found Target.com that supposedly sells this part but unfortunately also out of stock. I called the Sun Joe customer service but only got several assigned ticket number for my inquiry then finally got e representative telling me that Sun Joe will send the part as part of the warranty and I will receive a confirmation with in 48 hours. A week passed and I called the customer service and got the same response that my request will be moved in front of the line to expedite my request. So far I have not received any confirmation regarding when my replacement part will be sent. I had to go back to using my manual push mower to avoid getting a citation for high grass in my area. I wish I had known in the beginning that Sun Joe's customer service is this slow, that would have been a factor not to purchase their product if I can't even get a part that is supposedly under warranty. No, I do not recommend purchasing any product from Sun Joe. Please Sun Joe, just send the part instead of saying/sending patronizing words/emails to get rid of my request. And stop blaming the pandemic for your poor customer service.

-5 STARs. DO NOT BUY from them. My products were returned and they received in January. Now it is August and still no refund. Called 4-5 times and sent so any emails. Every time they promise to send refund in same week. Horrible company and products.

I wished I had known that their customer service is slow to respond to get a replacement part sent to me before purchasing their electric lawn mower last year to replace my manual push mower that I had been using for the past 10 years. (They blame Covid-19 for the delay). One of the springs broke off after six months/2 seasons of regular use and I was promised twice now by their customer representatives that the broken spring will be replaced and "will receive an order confirmation within 48 hours". It has been a week now since my last email with Sun Joe and still waiting for an order confirmation that the part will be sent. I will have to go back to using the manual push mower this weekend to avoid getting a citation for high grass. So disappointed with Sun Joe and no, I do not recommend buying their products.

Need replacement parts for their PowerJoe Sprayer. After DOZENS of attempts and multiple emails, ZERO reply AND IT'S BEEN 6 WEEKS! Covid or no covid, 6 WEEKS!!! They are either out of business (no surprise) or Customer Service is not on their radar. Either way, AVOID THESE GUYS. I Should have read more reviews before. My bad!

ZERO RATING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased a dethatcher in early 2020, right at or right before the start of COVID. Used it once and pieces broke off. We reported it and were assigned a ticket number but nothing has ever happened. We have called their phone so many times. After hearing their message of telling me to stay on the line, I get disconnected. Been calling for over 6 weeks. Always the same thing. I did notice, on their web site, they offered an additional number to call....same thing happens. Never get put on hold. Just get disconnected. Have spoken to (2) techs on line and they tell me someone will get in contact with me. NOTHING. Have sent more than a dozen emails, referencing the ticket number and never hear back. We spent our money with a company that we thought was reputable. They are not. DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Covid or not, they should have themselves together to respond to customers.

I had to rate one star but feel a rating of negative 5 stars is a more accurate representation of Sun Joe's reprehensible customer service. I purchased a new electric mower (MJ401E-RM) by way of an online offer back in March 2020. I have another mower so I didn't use the new one until the end of May and it cut the lawn nicely. I used it again on June 5, 2020 and the back wheels completely broke off the mower. I reported to Sun Joe and was given a Ticket number. And here I am six weeks later . . . . Long story short, I called Sun Joe because the previous three email inquiries and three online chats resulted in absolutely zero action from this company to resolve my product issue. Not surprisingly, I sat on hold for almost 45 minutes today I have been told three times by online chat agents that my case has been escalated up and categorized as a rush case. Today Frank M answered my chat, took my information and then crickets. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and after researching reviews I see I am not alone in my experience. I understand Covid and the restrictions it has placed on business, but really? Six weeks and still no one can tell me what I am supposed to do with this useless mower? Needless to say this is the last piece of Sun Joe equipment I will be purchasing.

The COVID is allowing companies NOT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used my mower 4 times, the engine overheated and now it's dead. I can not talk with anyone to assist me. I don't understand with millions of Americans out of work why companies like this use this grave virus as an excuse for bad business. Why cant someone is on the phone for support??? No excuse to take advantage of people this way. sun joe/snow joe blows.

Placed order for Power Washer. I called them 2 days later and canceled the order. I was told I would have a refund within 48 hours. That was on June 15th. I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed several times with no response. I finally got through on a call and was told it takes 7 to 10 days for a refund. It had been 12 days at that point. I still do not have my money back. I have put in a request for Paypal to return my money. I do not think the company will ever issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
