“The toilet came with wrong sized screws. I spoke to a lady who was very unhelpful who said I would need to wait for another set of screws to arrive (which I knew would be the same) and then perhaps change the toilet if that didn’t work!! Ridiculous when you have a plumber working on £300 a day. She had no dimensions etc. I ended up just buying more screws from somewhere else. Won’t use this company again.”

“I was very happy with all the bathrooms stuff I ordered. I had a fault with one of the toilets and it replaced with another one. I had no problems with Soaks and I would recommend there company to others.”

“The order arrived on time and when it transpired something was broken they sent a replacement with minimal fuss. The only negative was because of the bank holiday they got the timings wrong and the replacement took longer to get her than it should've. The parts are good and good value.”
