“When I placed my order the offer of 10% off could not be applied at the time of order. I rang customer services the following day to highlight this and getting the 10% refund was hard work and took two phone calls, after the first representative worked it out completely wrong”

“Sink top was broken on arrival. Although I appreciated the timely replacement. Your delivery service do not give any idea of time for delivery unlike other companies. The order was missing the front loading cistern which despite 2 emails I never received. Quality was OK but drawers of unit do not open very smoothly”

“When making my choice I spoke with a very helpful person and when I asked for specific delivery day (which was not included in 'free delivery'), had to pay an extra £27.99. Having paid this and taken the day off work for delivery, the item didn't turn up. It is then very, very difficult to get hold of anyone on the telephone. I did eventually get this refund after a long and frustrating period. One of the items had parts missing and then had to take delivery of a new one. Another day off work. Toilet cistern is so small that one flush is not enough, so doesn't really save on water. Other items were fine. I will not be using them again.”
