“The time it took for me to get a refund on a product I returned was unacceptable. It took approximately 6 weeks from the date it was returned for the money to be returned to my bank. That was after initially being told I hadn’t returned the items so I had to provide proofs of signature etc... It takes an average of 11 minutes on hold to get through to a human being on the phone and 3-4 days to get a response via email.”

“Lack of response to an email to replace a broken part. Had to chase. Still waiting on the credit 2 weeks after the job has been finished. The pedestal arrived smashed and when I enquired about getting a refund for the sink as well as it could not be used without the pedestal, I was informed that I would need to send it back at my own cost which was not refundable even though the original issue was not my fault. Very disappointing. As A Landlady with 18 properties whereby I am systematically upgrading the bathrooms. I will now be taking my service elsewhere and will not be recommending soak.com to my fellow investors which is a shame as the lost business opportunity is potentially great. Best wishes Debbie Williams”

“Everything that could go wrong did. Including damaged products. Poor communication resulted in a extremely frustrating experience. After sales service was slow and no urgency to recover service.”

“The delivery was made at a time to suit us, even holding it back a week because we were on holiday, and the quality of the combined vanity unit was great. Looks much more expensive than it was. Wouldn’t hesitate to use soak.com again or to recommend it to anyone else.”

“almost 3 weeks waiting on a delivery said it was the couriers fault yet know one contacted me. when I contacted soak they checked with the courier, said it was because they had no telephone number and soak couldn't pass it on due to data protection. surely the courier had my name and address wouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to find my number, lazy excuse. other than that pleased with product”
