“The customer service was really poor - I tried 7 times to get through on the phone to make an amendment to my order, each time there was no answer for 15 mins plus, no idea of where I was in the queue. I then used the online form to request the change, and had a message saying someone would be in touch in 48 hours. I heard nothing for 5 days. When I eventually did get through on the phone, the order couldn’t be changed as it had already been dispatched. So, I had to re order, and wait for up to 2 weeks for a refund. Just really poor”

“Soak. com is the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with! I don't know how you have the cheek to send this to me. I bought a bath and waste from you approximately six weeks ago and the waste was damaged. I reported this straight away by phone, luckily someone answered it! The lady said i would be contacted to arrange a replacement. I waited and waited, then tried to contact you again. The phone rings, then the music starts, 3/4/5 minutes, no on there! I must have rung twenty times until i was sick of ringing. I sent an e.mail to you and i even sent an e.mail to your customer relations team, who say they like to talk, ha ha, what a joke. I really don't know how you get any business at all, and after reading all the reviews about your procedures i now understand! I will of course be posting a bad review on your sight.”

“The only positive I had from dealing with Soak was there customer service department who were helpful and professional. Everything else was nothing special especially when you purchase a tap that comes with waste but doesn't fit in the sink!!”

“Not all of the components I ordered came with instructions. Notably the pop-up waste for the sink ... which leaked quite badly until I dismantled and reassembled it with silicon applied to the underside of the sink (a lucky guess). Also I found that where supplied, the instructions were often poorly translated and lacked technical detail such as the correct size of fittings required to connect the component to the plumbing system, which made ordering the fittings difficult. Another annoyance is that during the online order process, upon adding the sink/vanity unit to the basket, the website suggested I would need to also order a separate set of basin wall fixings, which I duly added to the basket. In the end the extra fixings were not needed so now I have to faff about with sending stuff back for a refund.”

“I ordered a bath - it got sent with no stand. It took weeks to get them. I ordered 2 toilets. One came with the wrong seat. Basic errors. Then the remedial action failed because the driver didn’t deliver my goods. Not an enjoyable experience at all as it delayed my job.”
