“We had a damaged vanity unit and the plumber was already here to install we spoke to your customer department and they got a replacement one out to us the next day avoiding the plumber having to come back or extend his visit, great customer service. The only negative I have regarding Soak is the high cost calling on the 0333 telephone number, had a shock when I saw my telephone bill.”

“I purchased a column radiator about 2 months ago and we had it installed by a competent experiences plumber and have noticed the radiator is slightly bowed, which we are not happy about, especially as we've had to pay someone to fit it and probably now have to pay them again to take it off and re fit a new one. We emailed a complaint hoping something would've been done about it, but we had no response. My low rating is really based on the customer service. The radiator itself is a lovely radiator, just a shame it has a fault with it.”

“Basin arrived with a fault. Usual photograph sent to confirm and no quibble fast replacement was sent. I’ve have similar situations with 2 other companies on the same project that have dragged on to resolve. Only complaint about soak is very long telephone waiting times...”

“The ordering was quick and simple, delivery was quick and the Denver waterfall tap and Jesmond towel and loo roll holder all look fantastic and are really good quality.”

“products delivered damaged twice. it has caused me additional labour cost. plumber had to return 3 times due to damaged goods and delivery not arrived as planned. poor follow up on delivery time. poor customer service. no follow up from one customer service discussion to the next. had a lot of issues. this is the first time i tried out soak, and will not recommend one.”

“I bought a full set of replacement upright radiators and I was not disappointed. Everything from ordering through to delivery was more than I could have expected and now they are fitted they look top notch. I would not hesitate in recommending soak.com to anyone thinking of doing this. The price was very comparable and the quality is second to none”

“Any time there was anything wrong with my order they were quick to send out a new one and were easy to deal with. The only negative was the call wait time and there seemed to be a bit of mid communication where the wrong item got sent when it wasn’t what I had asked for.”
