“Not happy at all, received the wrong items and had item missing from order”

“Two weeks after the majority of my order arrived i am still waiting for a replacement part which arrived damaged. This has held off my builder being able to complete the work. Also, it has resulted in me having to chase the replacement because initial dates were not met.”

“Product good. Waited in all day for delivery did not arrive with no message why. Resheduled delivery time slot missed ( more time of work waisted) messaged SOAK twice for refund of extra charge for delivery day... NO response. Will not use SOAK again”

“I use your products a lot as I renovate properties but you have let me down this time. I paid for a delivery to be made on Tuesday 28th August but I still haven’t received the goods. I spoke to two people at Soak on Thursday 30th. One was unhelpful and said there wa# noth8ng that he could do. The second person did try to help and rang DX for me. She was told that the delivery would be made with8n 30 minutes. It didn’t arrive. DX keep sending messages to say the goods will be delivered and they don’t arrive. They now say they will be delivered on the 3rd September. One week late! DX are letting Soak down.”

“I am delighted that SOAK.COM were so go as to send me samples of materials I like the look of and made no charge. All the other bath companies make a charge for each sample + the cost of postage. Great, speedy service.”

“We were initially really pleased with what we ordered, however I had to return the shower as it was to large, sent back via Royal Mail, this was 4 weeks ago and we haven’t received a refund, when I try and call it rings and rings then cuts off, so know we are money down with the cost of sending it back and the refund and no shower, it’s a shame as we were happy with everything until this, but no I wouldn’t recommend your company as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.”

“My new bath taps had a manufacturing fault which was noticed after installation ie thanks to a horrible leak. Once explained to SOAK they replaced immediately. However, they didn't, of course, pay the extra I had to pay out for (1) a Sunday plumber to disconnect that faulty taps or (2) the second installation.”
