“Bath panel rubbish , also toilet does not flush properly, not enough water to flush as gravity fed , don’t realise until it’s installed!!”

“I ordered a washstand and basin from you. It did not arrived when the delivery company said it would and after 4 phone calls chasing delivery up it arrived in the back of an old van considerably damaged nearly a week later. The basin was broken, the washstand was falling appart and was chipped in several places. You refunded my money when I asked for a refund effiently and the customer service staff were friendly and tried hard to help facilitate delivery.”

“They didn't Item recieved was broken and only found out when the plumber arrived and opened box and found smashed toilet that had no padding in box. Was told soak had sent out a replacement express delivery and it would be with me in two days and so I booked the plumber in for the following day. It didn't arrive and so I called and was told it was out of stock so wasn't re-ordered. The plumber was booked in and said he would charge a full day as this was the second time it had happened. Soak kindly refunded the order and I went out and bought a toilet locally. Then two days later I got home to find a large box delivered and blocking our shared hallway. They delivered the toilet anyway and we did not sign for it as I would have sent it back immediately. I since sent several emails that were unanswered and ended up taking the toilet to the tip, the second trip as I had already taken the smashed one back.”

“I really like the website, but the product I ordered was too big when I tried it and the high delivery costs to return - ie you don't provide a returns service - means that I'm now stuck with a mirrored cabinet I don't want. This just means that unless I am 100 per cent sure of a product (which I rarely am) I would be reluctant to use you again. It is offputting - not being able to return.”

“First toilet delivered smashed! Second toilet delivered smashed! And wrong! Third one on its way now, not too hopeful! All in all 45 mins ringing premium number to get replacements with no offer of compensation and I'm still left with two smashed toilets and packaging to dispose of somehow???”

“We found exactly the size and colour of mirror we wanted on line and it was delivered in a reasonable time scale even though not a trade or major bathroom order. It is 'just the job' at a fair price. Thank you.”

“Within less than a month of our vanity unit being fitted it was warped due to water damage! As it is made for use in a bathroom you would expect it to be able to cope with water! You did replace the vanity unit but only agreed to a partial refund towards the cost of having this refitted”

“Shelf bracket had only 3 fixings. I was promised the 4th would arrive in the post within 3 days of my complaint. It still hasn't arrived so we cannot use the shelf. I Emailed them again to remind them it hasn't arrived and that I am very annoyed. Their email system cannot cope with the demand and it appears I have to wait a further 7 days before receiving an answer. Just not good enough!”
