“Made me extreemely unheapy. Item came damaged, had to involve paypal for argument, after 2 month still awaiting for refund. Bought Item again from another web company and that one is Soak step company again. Delivery was delayed for few days untill collected item from depo myself. Customer service? They have no idea of meaning. Next step, small court claim.”

“I rang a few times to ask questions about various items and spoke to Paula and she was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient. She was insistent that I take my time when deciding about products and I ended up buying - a shower enclosure, tray, waste, shower, basin, toilet, plug, taps, almost a whole bathroom.”

“the product quality and price is good. unfortunately one part of the delivery was missed and I had to repeatedly chase. the product was then not delivered on the chosen day and actually just randomly arrived”

“The initial order didn’t arrive in the delivery slot that I’d been given and I had arranged for someone to be there to collect the order so I had to unexpectedly leave work to go and meet the delivery driver. One of the items I’d ordered had been missed off the order and when I called up to request another one I was told that at best it would be 4 days for another to be delivered and they definitely couldn’t get me one quicker, when I said that wasn’t satisfactory and I wanted to make a complaint I was told that it would be sent by next day delivery. The person I tried to complain to refused to transfer my call to a manager or give me their surname for accountability. When we unpacked the sink it was cracked and we had to request a replacement. Not a good experience.”
