“Good selection of products... Bit of a problem though, the bath panel I ordered was the wrong size so I returned it Sat 4th August and I am still waiting for the refund...perhaps you could look into it?”

“I telephoned because my vanity unit was delivered with a damaged door, but I was outside the 2 weeks as I didn’t open the box and then had to install it there and then. I was advised I would be contacted by a certain team as to my options moving forward, I was never contacted again, this was about a month ago.”

“Our original cabinet didn’t come, I called to find out how long it would be around 8 days in, she said I’d paid for 7-10 days. After a few more days I rang and he origional cabinet was kissing so did get another one ordered via next day deliveryz”

“You did not provide accurate information as to when the out of stock item would be available. In addition, your call centre pick up time is terrible! I e given up several times having waited half an hour plus for someone to answer the phone! Not good service.”

“I tried calling a number of times as an item was received faulty. Couldn’t get through. Emailed the day of the item discovered as damaged in transit, no email reply. Finally got through months after and got a refund- but this service was not good enough. It is a shame as I have ordered from you before and really like some of your products!”
