“Delivery was delayed by a few days, then was later than scheduled on the day it arrived. The bath had been damaged in transit so had to be sent back and I am yet to receive a refund despite repeated chasing. Soak are absolutely useless - avoid.”

“My item arrived and it had been smashed in the delivery. When I contacted Soak they handled it quickly and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately The quality of the product a sink and vanity unit is excellent and looks a lot more expensive than it was. I am very happy and will absolutely shop with Soak again”

“1)I have been waiting several weeks for replacement handles for the bath I purchased. The original ones were of poor quality and would not attach securely to the studs on the bath.”

“I ordered a bath on a named day delivery service. It didn’t arrive on that day. When I called to find out where it was I was told it would arrive 4 days after the named day. After several calls to speak to a manager I finally got a call back and discount was offered in compensation. Rubbish customer service until finally speaking to a manager. He dealt with the complaint well.”

“They didn't, the experience was not very good. I did not end up with my product and customer services were not very helpful and found myself having to talk to serial agents before the matter was resolved.”

“Made me extreemely unheapy. Item came damaged, had to involve paypal for argument, after 2 month still awaiting for refund. Bought Item again from another web company and that one is Soak step company again. Delivery was delayed for few days untill collected item from depo myself. Customer service? They have no idea of meaning. Next step, small court claim.”
